What could be wrong she thought? She was nervous about getting the news.
Her Grandpa pulled up and she went running out to get in.
“What’s wrong?â€? she asked right away. She waited patiently for a reply.
“Your Grammy will tell youâ€? was all he said. Gina stared out the window on the why to her Grandparents house. When they got there Gina rushed inside and found her Grammy on the couch. Her eyes were all red and puffy like she had been crying.
“What’s wrong?â€? Gina asked again. This time she got a reply. Her Grammy looked down before answering.
“Your father…â€?, she began crying again, “he…â€? another sob. “He got in… a…a car…accident…â€? Gina couldn’t believe it, she wouldn’t believe it.
“Is he..okay?â€? she asked hopefully. Her Grammy shook her head.
“He didn’t make itâ€? she cried. Gina felt tears in her eyes, it couldn’t be true.

Gina woke with a start and found herself in a car. Oh yeah she thought as she remembered where she was.
