Residing Dreams (Chapter 20)

Three of my friends had never liked my father much at all, mostly because when he was substituting one day they were talking during class and he told them to stop.

Then they started to argue with him, saying that they were asking each other questions they had about the homework the other night (for math class)
and it wasn’t fair that the should stop them from asking educational questions(Though they were probably talking about movies or something.)
He said that if they had any problems with the math homework, then they should’ve asked questions about it when they had the chance, and not during Religion class.
“If you have any problems,
then I recommend you ask the math teacher instead of taking time out of my class. Please stop talking and pay attention to what I’m trying to teach.”
he said this quite firmly, yet not harshly.
