My Apocalypse: Beginning
As the day fades and nite joins misery,
pain takes the place of feigned ignorance.
Time passes stealthed among stolen seconds,
borrowed time, fate holds in my weathered hands.
Don’t speak your mind. Your lies are consumed.
You’ll never know the scars you left, nor the dreams you entombed.
You watched me fade to nothing, looking away near the end,
leaving only that which mistaken time can’t heal, and hate can’t tame. .
Darling. wreck your havoc with my hope, but soon.
You’ll take these words engraved upon your tomb.
