Life and Times of Lorraine Dakota- part 12
I felt terrible by the end of the day from all of the staring and muffled giggles. And what made it all worse was how Andrew didn’t say a word to me all day. He didn’t even text me.
At the end of the day I was getting my books out of my locker feeling like I was about to cry when someone wrapped their arms around my waist. “Hey, Lorraine. Sorry I’ve been busy all day. But you can come over to my house so I can have time all to you.” Andrew whispered. I wasn’t able to pay attention after he said my name. It took me a good 5 minutes before I could recall that I was angry at him. I stuck my nose in the air, “I don’t want to. I have a feeling what you want to do is rated PG-13 and I want to stay pure thank you.”
“Oh please, like you have ever been pure.” Andrew scoffed while playing with a piece of my hair. He looked at me with pleading eyes, “Please? At least Friday? Forget the football game. We’ll watch a movie.”
I took one look at him and said, “Alright. But we’re watching the movie, nothing else.”
