Very nice! This is very similar to one of the directions I was going to go (although making Rast have a stronger mind, capable of contact was a great move), and I think you’ve done it better that I could have. I’ll have to sleep on it to see if I can come up with a sequel….

I’m interested to see where you take it. I like the curve you threw by not killing off the first contact team (who knows what’s up with their vital signs?), and this felt like the best follow-up.
