Don’t get me wrong; Thunder is the most wonderous music, lightning the greatest of lights, rain the basis of all life.

But couldn’t they come in a better package?

Why gray clouds? Gray is such an abhorrent color, why not yellow, or even purple? Or really, why can’t they be transparent, like the raindrops that pour from it’s mighty gloom?

Transparent clouds. That’s my vote.

Transparent, so we can see into the heavens. Transparent, so we can study lightning. Transparent, so that sunsets will glimmer.

Transparent;; just not gray.
