“Jack, shouldn’t we have shot them yet?” Asked U.S.W.A.T. #1. Jack turned to look at him.

“There are a few things you need to learn about the shootout. First of all no talking. Talking takes away from the dramatic tension. Second stare. Just stare. Camera man, do your magic.”

(camera man zooms in on Jacks eyes as he looks at the horizon heroically without fear)

“Now THAT ’S what makes ratings!”

“Seriously Jack why don’t we pull out our guns and shoot them.”

“Ah, and there’s rule three. Wait for the enemy to fire first. Let them make the first mistake.”

“But if they shoot at us we’ll be dead.”

“No, you’ll be dead. And you too U.S.W.A.T. #3.” U.S.W.A.T. #3 nodded his head in recognition.

Then they stood there for a moment longer before the 6 who had been stealthily creeping up clubbed Jack in the head with a lead pipe. U.S.W.A.T. #1 looked back. “Ya know Jack it probably wasn’t the best idea to stand still while looking in one direction.” Then he was clubbed in the head.
