Committing Crimes
She had never felt so alone in her whole life. Even with the vodka flowing through her veins and the guy slung around her shoulders, she could still hear her thoughts. The guy mumbled something in her ear, so she turned and kissed him without thinking.
This is not what I do.
She was here because she honestly had nowhere else to go. She couldn’t go home, she didn’t trust her friends and she had run out on Tyler, the one person who might have been able to help her. It’s a small crime. She suddenly felt sick hooking up with a stranger in such a sleazy club.
It’s the wrong kind of place to be thinking of you.
She picked the guy off her and headed to the bar. She hung her head low over the counter and asked for whatever drink she could pay for. Leave me out with the waste.
She noticed him as she was finishing her drink. One hand in his pocket and an arm around a grungy looking girl wearing black. She wanted to tell him she was here. He walked out the door and she didn’t say a word.
It’s the wrong time.
