Serenity
So I walked, once again, through this serene place. It was never ending. Constant sunshine came down upon me, the weather was never bleak, and birds always chirped happily in the distance. Yet I grew tired of it. It seemed like an eternity of peace when I first arrived, but I learned of what this place really was created to do. After you arrive here you lose your sense of time, and never age. This may seem like a blessing, but you have to experience it to truly know the pain that it causes. There is no “pain” per se, but you come to realize what I mean by pain after you’re here for a while…well I can’t tell you what a while is, for I know not anymore. Alas, the eternal sunshine and jubilant colors seem wonderful, but as is human nature, we wish for change eventually. Humans are not meant to perceive eternity, for it eats their brains from the inside out. This place is essentially a wide open prison that is said to be the best thing one can attain. Well,I personally think God needs to revise his “Master Plan”
