Next Morning

I finished buttoning my shirt as i walked toward the school building.
“Hey you!” I turned around to see a fist coming my way. Wait a fist? Bam.
I fell on one knee and looked up to see an angered guy winding up for another swing at me.
“Dude chill!” I put one hand up.
“Donovan!” A girls voice cried. I stood up.
Donovan grabbed my collar. “You making out with my girlfriend!?”
“What?” I turned my head to see Jess walking toward us.
“Did. You. Hook. Up. With. My. Girlfriend?” He spoke one word at a time.
“I didn’t know she was your girlfriend, i didn’t even know she had a boyfriend.”
He let go of me. “Adam, i’m so sorry.” She put her hand on my shoulder.
“Nah.” I shrugged it off and walked away.
“Adam wait!” She called after me.

Why didn’t Stina tell me? I walked into the building.
“Hey-ow.” Louie raised an eyebrow and stared at my eye.
“What happened to you bro?”
“Jessica’s boyfriend happened.” I opened my locker.
