This is the story of a girl. Not just any girl, but a very unlucky one. Every night, you may pray for money, love or even luck. Well this girl prays for the next time she won’t get another bruise on her body. Every night she prays that she won’t get another beating for not getting good grades in school. You see, this girl has a disease that disallows her to think straight. All of the children at school laugh at her C’s and D’s. If only they knew what would happen to her once she arrived home. No one knows that any of this happens to her. No one knows that girl hardly ever eats dinner. No one knows that this one girl needs help. Not only does she get beat for bad grades at school, but also for her mothers enjoyment. I guess the looks of horror on the child’s face gives the mother pleasure. The pleasure of knowing power. Power can overcome people and they wouldn’t even know that they are doing something terribly wrong. That is why you should always think before you do anything in life.
