LOL ! yeah, Wendy and Charlie live downtown, and while Charlie secretly desired to burn down all the condemned houses, the meth-heads beat him to it! So he had nothing left but Wendy’s house. And he SO wanted to burn a house, again.
(Seriously so many house have burned downtown, but it has slowed with the police introducing their drug task force)
