Sumptuous opulence closed in on me from all sides and hit me hard; yet nurtured all at once. If I thought my room resembled the fanciest hotel in Indiana, this bedchamber belonged in Caeser’s palace! I was speechless. My whole body trembled. I heard the mumbling sound once more,but now I was so close that I heard the breathing of another living being as well.My eyes travelled around the ornate room;the intricate details captured forever in my mind.I noticed the ginormous king-sized bed, which was by far the biggest peice of furnaiture in the room.Then, I saw him. I wasn’t sure if he had seen me first, but ultimately, that didn’t matter. As I dared to step forward, I observed the look of astonishment on his face. “Oh my God. Where did you come from?” the strange figure inquired; enthralled and mystified as I was. I could barely make out his features at first, but I automatically noticed that he was a boy. One of the male species.My heart fluttered, but love at first sight was the farthest thing from my mind.
