Loosing Control
So they carted me off to the hospital. Like I was some lunatic.
You are a lunatic, a good for nothing lunatic.
Oh no, it was happening again… she was back.
No I’m not… I would be fine if it weren’t for you I tried to fight back… I really did. I always do.
Without me you would be nothing. I make you important. I make you special. The doctors will take me away from you, we wouldn’t want that, would we?
What?
I was loosing control.
Leave. Leave the hospital. Now. You don’t need them. You don’t need anyone, except me.
I watched as I got up from the bed. I was powerless as I broke open the window and climbed out, into the bushes. The broken glass left cuts all over my hands, but I didn’t pause. She wouldn’t let me.
I wiped the blood on my hands onto my hospital gown, and staggered out into the middle of the street. Where would she take me now?
