If you haven’t realized already, THX wins by default. I really didn’t want to award by default, but that’s what happened.
Sure, the challenge was a good idea, but maybe just not the right time for it. Ah well.
Maybe I’ll bring it back again sometime, just to annoy/inspire people.
But it’s not yet dead! I swear it isn’t!

You know, this itself is five times better than my entry would have been. Maybe someday, I’ll look back on this and enter and surprise the entire world! Or at least the Ficlet community…

I totally would have entered (that looks fantastic!), but I was kind of on hiatus at the time. I haven’t ficleted in nearly 5 months, not including when i picked back up a few days ago.

Haha, I claim victory and a semi-dead ferret. I might have preferred half a bee, but the semi-dead ferret is great. I also would have accepted an entirely dead parrot…though only a Norwegian Blue.

@ THX : well, ya get what you get. If he’d died sooner, and if I knew of your parrot request request, at this point I’d be so “bitter” I’d probably give you my Finnish Red cockatoo, just to annoy you.
Or I’d have given you 2/3s of a bee, again, to annoy you in your requests.
