I walked over there, without thinking. No, wait, I was thinking. I was thinking of how I could possibly get his attention with her giggling and batting those stupid eyelashes. Crimson would thank me for this… I hope.
Just as soon as I reached those two lovebirds, ugh, he turned to face me.
“Oh, hello! You’re Affinity, right? I’ve heard a lot about you…”
“Really? Should I be flattered, or just creeped out?”
“Well, that depends. I’ve heard about, you know-”
“Uh oh, looks like you already know my deepest, darkest secret.” I teased.
“Well, I would like to confirm my suspicions over some coffee after school. What do you say?”

I blushed. “As long as it’ll keep your mouth shut.. Umm…”
“Then it’s a date. Oh, and it’s Aidan.” He walked off to class, leaving me to deal with Crimson, alone.
