Relations #3: Musical Mishap
She watches him moving towards her. Finally, he shows some interest. After all these years of “let’s just be friends”. She moves her hips, watching him looking longingly at her. She grabs him and makes him move along with her. The speakers blast techno music, the vibrations becoming part of the two partners.
There was a sense of awkwardness about them, a kind of indie movie moment that is endearing to the point of disgust. They continue swaying in time despite the fact that neither one can look into the other’s eyes.
