Still Love Him
“Christy, you look quite beautiful,” I exclaimed as I approached my friend. She smiled, her golden hair spun up in a bun with a soft green ribbion that matched her eyes.
“Not nearly as much as you,”
I looked away and felt my cheeks blush. Many people commented on my beauty, but it only really hit my heart when Robin whispered it in my ear when ever we were together. Thinking of Robin I suddenly frowned, I took a deep sigh to keep my breathing steady.
“Did you meet a respectable nice man tonight? A husband who may treat you with care?” I asked.
“I guess not. But there was this one gentleman who could really talk sweetly. I swear he kissed up to every one.” Christy giggled, but when she saw my grim expression it faded away. “Oh whats wrong darling?”
“I can’t ever see him again Christy, I made him leave last night. but I can’t stop thinking about him, and I still. . .still” She let her hand rest on my shoulder, and leant her forhead against mine.
“You still love him,” She finnished for me.
