She stared at him in digust. She wasn’t mad, she was simply done. No drama. She was finished.
“I… think we should see other people.”
She rolled her eyes.
No shit, Sherlock. Did you think I was going to keep going out with you after you admitted that you cheated on me?
She managed to keep the sarcastic comments inside, along with the skeptical look that almost snuck onto her face. She had to maintain her composure.
“I think so too,” she murmured, slowly sliding her hand onto his neck, then running her fingers along his ear, tracing the contours of the pale flesh. She brought her lips by his ear, careful not to get any of her bright red lipstick on his stark white collar. She felt him shiver. She smiled.
Ah, yes, I thought you would regret your decision.
She put her hands on either side of his head, turning him to face her, their lips millimeters apart. She could see the sweat forming on his upper lip. Her grin widened.
Stupid human, he doesn’t know what he’s missing out on.
