Cudes hid in her designated spot as she heard an entire army charge at her people. Cudes started at sawing away at the rope for the ambush.
She remember falling. It was endless. After hours of terror, she landed on earth. After a fall, one is supposed to change something important. When Cudes came into the hospitallity of strangers, she had told them her mission. They seemed confused. They didn’t find her strange with her wings though. In fact, they were all strange. One had wings too, but large reptile ones. Another had blades all over his body.
Before she knew it, Cudes was here trying to saw down a wall upon another army. She heard gun fires and bombs.
“Hello?” said a boy’s voice.
“Hello?”
“I’m here to help you.”
“Thank you very much. Are you an angel?”
“No. Are you?”
“Yes. How are you going to help me?”
“I am going to make you know how important your duty is.”
“How—” Before she could finish, Cudes was interupted by a gun fire and the boy was gone. He had been shot. Suddenly, Cudes understood.
