The Fraternity of Virtualous and Solvus(Part1)

The night was dark and quiet; complete silence. Even the crickets refused to play. Although silent, it was not a peaceful night in Rome. A silence of fear and intensity seemed to pierce the calm and tranquility that is the night. Everything was restless. Those that resided in the jail cell were particularly anxious.
All were prisoners, shackled in chains around their arms and legs. They were all wide awake. It wasn’t the damp chill that kept them awake or the musty stench of mold on the frigid cobble stone floor. It was fear. Their minds were racing; recollecting all that they had done in their short lives. For tonight was, for all but one, the last night blood would run through their veins
