Thank you for that. My grandfather was indeed a Christian. His wife, my grandmother, was a minister, and they both believed in Heaven.
The problem I see with your argument about losing him early is that his death at such an early age is what started me down the path of atheism. God knew that would happen and that I’d eventually suffer in hell for eternity due to my choice. So he condemned me to hell at 7 years old. That’s pretty messed up.
If he died later, maybe I would have stayed a good Christian boy.
