The secrets that lie with in your own 3
Snapping out of my delusion I noticed the wind was getting much sharper. I should probably be heading to Annie’s, before that cold my mom was talking about caught up to me. Pushing my mouth under the collar of my coat, I began walking to the front of the house, where I began to find a flat surface much better than uneven grass my feet could definitely agree.
Looking back at my house, I remembered why I did not ever want to leave at that moment. It was perfect for two. It was the cute little white house on the corner that everyone admired, the one with the green shutters, the beautiful mixture of flowers in the window which were slowly dyeing off as the weather grew colder, the lawn swing on the front porch, waiting for someone to plop on it and just rock back and forth. The Inside just as amazing as the outside, but no one would ever come close to seeing the beauty in that house as I did. Forcing myself to look away, I began to run.
