I just found out about Ficlets shutting down. I cried. There are just so many people and stories that have touched me since I joined. I agree with you; we need to publish the best Ficlets we can right up until the end.

I can’t believe it took you a whole month. I discovered Ficlets about 8:30 one morning and by noon I was not only in love but already a frequent contributor.

(Though that faded a lot after a bit because of work.)

You’re right: it definately ain’t over till it’s over.
I don’t know if I can, but I’m going to try and hit five hundred and tie off as many series ends as I can.
The latter’s a bit more doable, but ya gotta give me credit for trying!

I hate how they give us a warning only a month away. I seriously cried when I found out, and I’m gonna keep writing and aving in word documents till the very end. and I agree:
“One last hurrah!! Who’s with me?!”

HURRAH ! It makes me so sad that school’s kept me away from ficlets for the greater part of this year, especially now that I find out it’s closing… But I’ll do my best to show the best taht ficlets can offer!
