Linda had always believed in Vampyres, but was picky on the media portrayals of them. For example Linda always thought Anne Rice’s portrayal was highly inaccurate, and decided Stephanie Meyer’s Vampyres were the most real.

Sybille sat down next to Linda at a little table in the middle of the room. “You’re handling this well, compared to your mother. I remember when I told her 20 years ago she started crying. When I asked her why she said, ‘I hate staying up late at night!’ We’ll have to go over myths and truths.”
