The sun set hours ago, but it was still light. I had been doing nothing all day.

i asked myself over and over again. I had to admit even though i was free from school and everything freedom was a little boring. So i shut down the computer put on my shoes and walked out back and sat down in a chair on the patio.

The remaining light was making the clouds flowing pallets of air. I sat and thought about that for a moment, just the simple beauty of it all.

It was just then i felt something in my pocket. It was my cell phone, which i had turned off this morning. I clicked it on and the little metal device sprung to life

“10 Missed Calls” read the screen of the cell. They were from my friend, i dialed his number and waited.

It rang three times

“Hello?”

“Hey, did you call?”

“Yeah, where you at?”

“I’m at my house, being bored out of my mind .”

“That’s what i was calling for, Diana is having people over so get down here quick.”

“okay I’ll be right there.”
