They tell her how to walk and talk,
But they won’t let her speak
It’s been like that for as long as she’s known,
but it still makes her weak
She can’t stand them because they treat her this way
but what can she say?
But then she realized that some words you don’t have to say to be heard.
But still she’s ignored
and of that, she grows bored
So she says the loudest unspoken word.
And everyone is who she hurt
Because in that bed where she once laid, is where the heard the unspoken word.
She saw another way
And so she ran away
