Prologue To A Dream, Pt. 5
“Oliver, let me get this straight,” Peter said as he ran his hand over his dark brown hair, “you’re going to search the town until you find this girl?” Oliver nodded his head. “Yes, I am. I know she’s just scared. Peter…if only you could imagine the connection-”
“Oliver, shut up about the stupid connection!” Will yelled. “She left you with a note that says that she doesn’t care! How clear can you get?” Adam stamped the floor in frustration. “Will, stop yelling!”
“Adam, Oliver’s your best friend. Talk some sense into him. I’m right!” Will stalked off in the direction of the door. “I’m pissed because I care. You’re only going to get hurt,” he huffed as he passed Oliver.
Adam looked up at Oliver. “I can’t talk you out of this can I?” Oliver shook his head no. “Okay then, Oll. He’s right, but you have to find that out on your own. I won’t stop you if you think you’re right.”
Will walked back in the room. “Oh, but he won’t find out on his own. If he wants to be an idiot, then I’ll be one with him.”
