Fin's Story: Part Two
One day he got the chance. And it was nearly perfect.
He and another boy there, a boy by the name of Thomas, did not get along. They didn’t get along at all.
Thomas was a good guy, Fin decided. Despite all the shit he’d been though during his life, he was still rather happy, still able to smile, and was able to make all of the other kids smile.
Unless he was currently talking about him.
Thomas was a regular comedian. He would talk about other people, in the most funny way. Everyone would laugh. Except his subject. Maybe if he’d just worded his jokes different, it would have been more of funny kidding then downright teasing a bullying. But it wasn’t.
“Fin. Ha. Fin’s parents left him on the street because when they saw how ugly he was they couldn’t bear to look at him.”
This time no one laughed. Thomas had took it too far. Talking about how ugly someone was, that was something. That was ok.
But parents?
No, that was taboo. Nobody talked about partents at the orphanage.
