I sat there, on the courtyard steps in front of my school. “I’ve dated every girl in the entire high school, but none of them seemed right for me” I said. “Maybe the first one was the right one all along.” John said. “Dammit! Why didn’t I think of that before!,” I scolded myself. “I gotta go!” I said to John, and ran out of school. “This maybe the best way to start the year” I thought to myself, as I ran out of the school gates. I sprinted through the neighborhood and straight to her house. I ran up the steps and knocked on the door. Her mother answered. “Hi, is Erin there?” I ask. “I’m sorry, she can’t come to school today.” Her mother replies. “It’s about school and our teacher told me to let her know about the new schedule” I easily lie. “Ok, come on in” She says. “Thank you” I reply, as I walk up the stairs to her room. I open the door “Tom?” Erin asks
“Listen i’m really sorry I yelled at you and I want to get back together.” I franticly say. “Yes” she replies. As we kiss I thank god that I found her.
