Jorden went into full-day kindergarten a year earlier than most kids did; She was four years old.
She might’ve even been the smartest kid in the class. But we don’t exactly know that because her kindergarten teacher never payed attention to her. Which suprises most people, I assume, because she was actually very tall for her age, though she’s the shortest in her class now.
Her teacher had been a high school teacher for almost 15 years, when she decided that working with little kids would be somewhat easier, and definatley less stressful.
Well, she thought that.
Handling 20 5-year-olds was worse than screaming at one obnoxious 15-year-old.

On Jorden’s first actual report card, her teacher commented that “She can’t sit still” and “She asks too many questions”.

Those two comments changed Jorden’s life.
