Thanks, Yoda! I have a lot more to tell about my experiences that day and it’s aftermath, but I’m hoping that more people sequel me with their 9/11 experiences, before I continue myself. I’d especially love to hear from people from other parts of the country, maybe DC, Boston, California, Pennsylvania, or anywhere else where maybe the events were a little more abstract, but they affected you just the same. Let’s hear your stories, people!

I heard the Pentagon story, too. As a third grader, the only knowledge I had of that word was that it was a five-sided shape.

And, wonderful work. I like reading your viewpoint of what happened. Like I said before, I really didn’t understand much of it when it occured.

Your memory is much sharper than mine; I’ve been working on my own (disjointed) thoughts about 9.11, and they will come soon.

i wrote a story from the view of PA, where i live. personally, i don’t think many of the people even knew that a plane had hit the pentagon or anything other than the worldtradecenter deal. i wrote a report about it and my classmates were like, what? i personally didn’t know until i researched it either.

if you read “everyting you know is wrong” it gives some really interesting stuff on 9/11 – i recommend it. the government had letters about kamikaze attacks and everything.
