Kevin Lawver is currently a System Architect at AOL . He’s a member of the CSS and Web API working groups, is AOL ’s Advisory Council Representative at the W3C , and a passionate advocate of standards-related best practices and innovations like microformats and Ruby on Rails. He invented the microformat used to describe modules in AIM Pages called ModuleT, and is currently working on several web applications completely unrelated to AIM Pages. He recently launched ficlets.com, a writing community built around very short stories, with the help of a bunch of friends at AOL . When not working, Kevin invents holidays like The International Day of Awesomeness (http://dayofawesomeness.com), and blogs with his wife over at http://lawver.net.
