9-11-07: Aftermath of 9/11/01
I was numbed out enough from my emotional shock to write something about 9/11, but I was never able to truly deal with the issues at hand, to come to any sort of grips with it.
And now, it’s six years later. Another Tuesday, September 11, and nature seems to be doing a little bit of a snail’s job. The sky is a steel grey. The world around me is much dimmer, almost brownish. Rain is falling intermittently, and there’s a fog so heavy that the tops of the Hancock, Prudential, and a handful of other buildings are unable to be seen.
