Okay, that was fun, in an awful, challenging sort of way. This is my botch job attempting to write in iambic pentameter for the first 8 lines (first characteristic of a Spenserian Stanza) and then iambic hexameter in line 9 (the final characteristic of a Spenserian Stanza. Who comes up with these terms and why?

wow…i really hadn’t heard of that stanza thing, except iambic pentameter because we read the odyssey last year and had to write it for polyphemus’s point of view in it…ANYWAY, what I was going to say was very good job. bonus points for you. and an imaginary cookie.

I have no idea what iambic pentameter is or iambic hexameter but I like what you wrote
