Quite honestly, knowing guys pretty well, I would say that he does just want to be friends with you, based on the ignoring you part. However, it could be different. I know guys who are wayyy shy and can’t make the first move… either way, I completely agree^ that you should talk to him. Try joking around like friends first, and see how he reacts. Btw, this is great stuff. Sometimes life is a lot better than anything you could make up for a story.
