Her tiny eye’s blink trying to focus.
Her wrinkled soft pink skin untouched by sunlight.

Cast into this world without a care.
Innocent.
Untarnished by prejudice and hate.

I count her fingers.

I wonder how she feels ?
Does she feel safe in my arms ?
Can she feel my love ?

I count her toes.

What is she thinking ?
Does she know in my eye’s, she’s the most beaufiful thing I’ve ever seen.

I pray she’s alway’s safe and only knows love, joy, and happiness.

I love her so much,
that I would give my life to save her’s.
