“Ron! Shush! The 8th grade basketball games about to start!” I told my friend as we sat on the bleachers. She was ranting about something, again!
“Fine”
“Do you see that 7th grader that I thought was cute?”I asked.
“Umm the one with the long blonde hair?”
“Yes!”
“No! Who are we even playing today Lee?”
“Um I don’t know. I think Memorial.”
“Yea.”
“But his hair was soooo smooth!”
“And wayy too long Lee!” replied Ron.
“There he is!”
“He is going to sit with his mother!”
“So?”
“So that’s weird! Now watch!”
“Fine. I’m gonna go talk to him.”
“Noo!”
“Why not?!”I asked.
“Because that’s creepy.”
“Whatever. I’m even gonna use one of those lines.”
“Lines are for guys.”
“So? I’m going.”I walked down the bleachers and right over to my mystery man. “Heyy.” I flirted.I lost my number. Can I borrow yours?”
“Um NO! Now shoo!”He made a flicking gesture with his hands indicating that I should go.I said, “Your loss!” smirked and walked away.
“What happened?”Asked Ron.
“He was totally gay looking anyway!”
