“Hey,” Brian gushed.

“Uh hi.” Lilly whispered, blushing.

Brian smiled and asked, “So, what is that? He pointed toward the gift.

“A gift from someone.”

“And admirer?”

“Uh huh.” Lilly giggled; she knew he was playing into a question.

“So, whose it from?”

“I don’t know. I had an idea, but…” her voice trailed off.

“Okay, what if I told you that the admirer was standing less than five feet away?” He grinned, flirting clearly.

“Well, I’d guess…”

Kate interrupted with a shout of her name and the three burst into laughter. Lilly shot her a quick glance of thanks and Kate smiled.

“Would you guess…me?” Brian asked curiously.

“Um yeah I would, but…you know…”

“Lilly, I’m trying to ask you to the dance and you’re not being helpful. The gift is from me.” Brian whispered quickly.

“Oh um…I would…love to go to the dance with you.”

“Really?”

“Of course, you are a secret admirer, right?” Lilly smiled and gazed at him.

“Well, not much of a secret anymore.”

    that was soooooo cute…and yeah she wasnt helping lol…but he’s soo adorable. I’d go to the dance with him.
