Macy tried to wrench free of Derrick without success. “Derrick stop. You’re going too fast.”

He didn’t reply. He changed positions so Macy was against the wall, moved her hand and went on. Macy was beginning to hate him at the moment. Especially when Shane was the one to tow him off. “Get off of her!” Shane growled, hauling Derrick to the ground.

Derrick sprang up quickly and spat, “Stop interrupting. She wants it now too.”

“Are you drunk?” Macy asked him, fixing her dress and hair back.

“No I love you.” Derrick pleaded.

“Well I don’t want you like that now.” She passed Derrick and was about to do the same to Shane, but he grabbed her arm, gracefully.

“How about a drink?” Shane offered, about to walk back to the room.

“No thanks.” Macy drew away and headed to the entrance of the school. She left the inside halls for the outside and ended up on the front steps in the pitch blackness. But then she heard a voice.

“Macy.” It was manly, none other than Macon.
Surprise, surprise.

    yeah definately. Those Darn dances.Derrick’s not handling this well though, i never would have thought that shane would be the one to help her.
