AAAAAHHHHHH !

I awoke from that dream, sitting up in bed. I won’t be wandering the woods anytime soon but being awake now gave me the chance to think straight.

So, right. Jack wants me because … I have Trey. That doesn’t make much sense but oh well. At least I have a reasonable um reason.

I felt a lot better once I figured Jack all out. It was like a crazy accomplishment. I was so happy that I skipped to my volunteer job at Catlett’s Coffee.

Once I was settled behind the cash register, I had to push all my happiness into the customers’ faces. “Hi! Welcome to Catlett’s Coffee! How may I—“ but my voice trailed off as I looked at the customer, Jack.

Of course.

He stared at me. “Something wrong? Can I not order coffee?”

“Sorry Jack, this place doesn’t serve people like you.”

Suddenly, Sheryl interrupted. “So sorry, sir. Kit probably had a bad morning.” Actually, I had an amazing morning beside my dream. Thank you. “Why don’t you come on in the back and get yourself something free?”

    “Why don’t you come on in the back and get yourself something free?” ? Sheryl isn’t operating a whorehouse is she? Just kidding. On a side note, it does look like your italics markers are somehow off…

    And thanks, OrangeOreos. I like the thought of an unoffical grammar editor. Besides, my grammar sucks. I’d be screwed if I didn’t have spell check and all those things on WORD .
