Literary challenge - Just a series of grunts

Since it passed some time before the nets opened again to me, I’ll launch you a challenge. Simpler and more open-ended than the others, but so able to grant you more freedom.

For this challenge take on a very talkative character, strip him/her of his/her ability to talk coherently, and send him/her forth through your story.

Choose yourself if you want it a funny, a sad, a moral or a nonsensical story: every category will be judged on its own.

So, go on!

    This is a great idea… so open-ended, but so, um, challenging!
    This reminds me of a short story I heard not too long ago on the radio, in which the main character couldn’t speak coherently, and his struggles with that.
    I’ll give it a shot…

    Personally, I immediately thought of a very dark situation, but let’s see if I can write my ideas down…

    I actually have a character that is only capable of grunts that only one other character can understand, he’s actually very funny and articulate , he just has yo be translated,maybe he’ll get a one off in this challenge
