I didn’t mean they spelling – I meant the context. As in, “oh well, just another apocalypse” compared to “Holy crap! It’s The Apocalypse! We’re screwed! Game over, man, game over!”
It was my clumsy way of saying that you just amped up the tension to 11. Excellent job.

I like how Simon is still just thinking in terms of the most basic answers.

That’s what I love about Simon as a character, Alexa: while everyone is seeking the great, big solutions to the problems, he just wants it to end. He might not have the experience that Blake has in the field, but Blake is a big actions kinda guy. Simon is just a “create the solution” bloke.
