Wow, I don’t know even one of those songs.

I must admit I find myself drawn to the new Britney song, but I don’t know any of the rest of the songs, though I’ve heard of the bands. I’ll give you credit for liking rap – some of it is good, but I like the old school rap best, like Tribe Called Quest. Rap became crap when it became all about “dem hoes” and “bling-bling.”

The only one on your list I’ve heard is Fall-Out Boy (not that song, but I liked them).

I’ve heard of Daughtry, Linkin Park, TobyMac, 50 Cent, but couldn’t name any of their songs.

Justin – doesn’t sound as good as he looks.

I’ll look into them, KJ-52, Soulja Boy, Baby Bash, T-Pain, and Taylor Swift (who I’ve never heard of, though I like country).

Though, if you like Britney, I’m not sure there’s much hope. (I think Yeah Write! went a little easy on her.)

as for britney, she isn’t as bad as advertised. paris hilton is a hoozy and always has been, but britney was made the way she is by the constant hounding by the media and her low self esteem and insecurities. she could be repaired by the right people and by staying out of the limelight. i dont think she will be, but hope shouldnt be lost yet.

oh, and i forgot to mention… i wrote on somebody else’s list that i was seeing thousand foot krutch and barlowgirl in concert on saturday. toby mac will be there too. really, though, i liked him more when he was with dc talk. in the light is an awesome song and i just dont see anything of that caliber coming from him anymore.

Okay, fine, fine, just kidding. But we are all entitled to our opinions. If any rap, however, I would choose Toby Mac and KJ-52 (mostly because they, in fact, don’t include lyrics about sex, drugs, bodily functions, illegal activities, etc. etc. that most rap does have.). I just don’t listen to it, that’s all.

Taylor Swift is good, so is Fall Out Boy. But Crank That? I am soo sick of that song! And Gimme More…I won’t even go there.
