I like how you worked in >avoirdupois system not an easy task to come up with a coherant plot with those words. But you did magnificenltly, the dilaouged helped immensly to make the words stovo chose more easily used.

Well, I’m flattered that you decided to pick this challenge as your first ficlet. I’d like to say welcome, and I really liked this as a first entry (heck, it was better than mine—that means don’t look for it). The dialogue was good, and word integration was sound. Nice job!

It was really hard to limit myself to 1024 characters. My first attempt had over 1400+ characters. It was difficult to trim it without losing the meaning and the challenge words! :-)
