Outbreak v1.12
The gun feels smooth in your hand. Such a small thing could do such immense damage. Luis and Andrew are ready and proceed cautiously out the door. The other man isn’t coming but you really don’t care. You’re going home.
You strut down the empty blocks which are the homes to a couple of cars.Everyone must have tried to escape or something, you thought. You cross the bridge leading to your building. The highway underneath is completely empty. The view is ominous seeing as it’s always packed with traffic. At the door you fumble for your keys.
“Just to clue you in,” you say, “it’s a long way up.” 18 floors to be exact, since there is no power there’s no elevator, and since there’s no elevator you and your party have to walk up long grueling flights of stairs.
You push open the heavy metal door and look around. Everything seems quiet. You open the door to the staircase and let them cut in front of you. 16 flights later there is a terrible odor emitting from an unknown place. It’s rancid enough to make you gag.
