As Abbie and Alexia continued on they began to grow tired.
“I’m tired. I think we should take a break.” Announced Abbie.
“I agree.” Replied Alexia as she sat down on the hard rocky floor of the cave.
“I wonder how long we’ve been walking in here.” Said Abbie.
“I don’t know, but it seems like its been hours.” Alexia said in reply.
As Abbie looked further down the tunnel, she saw a small light.
“Alexia, do you see that light?” Abbie whispered in excitement.
“Yes. I see it. Do you think it could be a way out?” She answered.
“There’s only one way to find out.” Said Abbie. “We need to follow the light.”
“Lets get moving then. I want to get out of here fast. Its creepy in here.” Alexia said with a quick shudder.
“I agree. Lets go.” Replied Abbie.
With that the girls set off to follow the light in hopes of finding a way out. They only stopped once to get a drink of water when they found a small pool of it on the cave floor. As they kept goin, the light grew brighter and brighter.
