You captured a moment that is touching, the setting was great at train station, like a 1940’s film, reminded me of Brief Encounter.

Nice. I think I made it more fun in my head by imagining it as a sort of voice over narration by a suitably British voice. Who knows where that came from. I especially liked the line, “Long distance leaves such uncertainty in their hearts”.
