staring hurts more than laughter
“Abby Mack.” I said slowly, wondering why it sounded so familiar.
‘Yes thats my name.” She said, eyeing me strangley.
“Abby Mack…twin sister of Ali Mack, my ex best friend who is currently still living in our hometown. So Abby Mack- I may be midwest tumbleweed. But you’re hypocritical midwest tumbleweed.” A few people who had gathered around us clapped. I noticed an extremely hot guy walk towards me. My heart beat wildly. Then he put his muscular arm around Abby’s miniscule shoulders.
“Just because you’re jealous of Abby does not mean that you can accuse her of something she most definitly is not.” He glared at me as if he wanted to make sure his words sunk in. My eyes started to sting and a lump formed in my throat.
“Thanks Blake.” Abby said and then leaned over to kiss him on the lips. PDA much? All the girls stared dreamily at them.
“I’m not lying!” I tried to say, but my voice cracked in the middle.
“She’s a guy!” A girl screamed. Everyone laughed at me exept for Blake and Abby. They stared.
