Close to aproaching 100 ficlets, I have decided to post a challenge. This one I think will be a lot of fun.

Take a scent, any kind. And write a story about what it reminds you of. Scent is linked to memory. Have fun with this challenge! It will be interesting to see what people come up with.

To start the challenge off I will give you my story..

My favorite perfume, Chanel Christalle.. smells sooo good. It is like bottled sunshine! The sweet aroma of this classic perfume is beautiful. The citrus scent, reminds me of spring. It also reminds me of laundry drying out in the sun. When I smell this perfume, I think of my grandmothers house in the summertime. All her sheets and clothes smelled like the afternoon sun. At the end of the day when I would crawl into bed, the feel and the smell would embrace me. It was like I was sleeping in a cloud. This perfume, reminds me of sunny summer days. The bed sheets swaying in the breeze. Ahh the classic beauty of a summer day. And all the pleasures that it brings.
